2. Is my Front-Facing Lens compatible with other iPhone's ShiftCam Case?

3. My Macro Lens does not focus, is there any problems?
Macro lens generally are designed for shooting objects from very close distance. Place your camera to suitable distance and it will focus. The focal length of ShiftCam Macro lens are as follows:
- 6-in-1 / 3-in-1 Travel Lens: 10mm
4. When using 6-in-1 Travel Lens, I cannot switch to telephoto lens, should I take the Travel Lens out and turn it upside down and then insert into the trail again?
Please DO NOT turn the Travel Lens upside down. This may cause the travel lens fall out and make damage. In order to use telephoto, the action needed is to activate secondary camera. Simply press the 2X button on iPhone camera and secondary camera is supposed to apply.
However, iPhone is light sensitive. If iPhone determine light insufficient, it may switch back to primary camera automatically. In this situation, the 2X zoom in become digital zoom instead of optical zoom. Photo quality is always better when using optical zoom. We recommend some 3rd party camera apps that can force iPhone to use the secondary camera: such as ProCam, Halide and Adobe Lightroom CC.
My phone case has two layers and they are seperating. Is this normal?
The phone case is designed to have two layers. The interior is thermoplastic polyurethane for drop protection (drop test is conducted) while the exterior layer is polycarbonate. Design and materials are approved standard case material. In terms of design, there are small plugs on both layers which are supposed to plug with each other. It is normal if the two layers separate, only when the phone case is not inserted with iPhone. With iPhone inserted, the two layers should are supposed to plug well.
